Legal and account access FAQs

Your account remains open and your balance is safe. We do not charge inactivity fees. If you wish to close your account permanently, contact support — we'll freeze it and you can request a final withdrawal within 30 days.

Go to Account Settings > Legal & Privacy > Transaction History. You can filter by date range and export as CSV or PDF. Your history includes all deposits, withdrawals, bets and payouts.

Full legal name, date of birth, email address and a mobile number verified by SMS. For withdrawals over certain amounts, we may ask for proof of address. This depends on local law and your payment method.

You can update your email and phone number in Account Settings. Legal name and date of birth cannot change because they're tied to payment verification. Contact compliance to discuss exceptions where local law permits.

Withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically clear within one hour after we verify your identity. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Report the disputed transaction to support immediately with the game ID or bet reference. We investigate within 48 hours and review payment gateway logs. If we find an error, we reverse it to your account.

Public Wi-Fi connections are less secure. We recommend logging in over your personal mobile data or home internet. If you must use public Wi-Fi, enable two-factor authentication in your account security settings first.
